Cooking Medjool Dates



Our Cooling Medjools are much drier than our Choice Medjools.  So much so, that we recommend them strictly for baking and cooking. Simply soak them in hot water, then pit and chop before adding them to your favorite recipe.  Use them in place of raisins and they will add a wonderful flavor and moistness to all of your baking!
